Can these two broken souls help heal each other?
Can Ander and Leire endure even more heartbreak and come out stronger and together?
Will they get one more breathe and will it be for these two lovers?

**ARC given in exchange for honest review**

As listed in the synopsis, this book has a trigger warning for cancer.  So if that is a sensitive subject, go ahead and skip this book.  This is part of a series, it is not a cliffhanger.  I don’t know how the series will continue, but I can only have hopes for continuation of characters in this book.  If you have ever read any of my reviews, you know that I always start out with a summary and then explain what I like and don’t like about the book.  I gave this book 4 stars.

Ander is a well-known tattoo artist who is introverted and tries not to think about his past decisions.  He is a hard worker.  Just when he thinks he is content with being alone, in walks Leire (pronounced “Lee-ree”).  The damaged, reluctant, little girl requests him to do a very unique piece for her.  Is hope in their future?  Will two shattered hearts be able to save each other?  Will they be able to stand an ever bigger anguish to become stronger or will the problems they face break them apart?  Will one breath be all they get?

Ander is a hot, dominant, tattoo artist.  He is pierced, introverted and thinks he doesn’t need anyone.  He has a past that will continue to haunt him.  But will he be able to find the good from all the bad he has endured?

Leire has suffered pain and loss within herself and by herself.  She isn’t looking for a relationship or anyone to become close to, but requesting the work from Ander hits her hard.  Will they be exactly what each other needs?

This book definitely had my emotions all over the place.  I am going to say this again, if cancer is a sensitive subject for you, this book is not for you.  I loved the dominance and kinky side that Ander claimed as an alpha male.  The sex scenes were very descriptive and were very intense.  I liked how the story was told from both points of view so you could understand how both Ander & Leire felt about everything.  I liked how things seemed to move fast with the two of them.  I mean this is a book, not real life.  So to want something perfect, that is a part of fiction.

I also didn’t like how things were all over the place.  One minute it’s one event, and then it’s another.  Their relationship did move very fast.  I wished there was more told from Ander’s point of view.  Since this is part of a series, I don’t know how it will continue.  This book was not left with a cliffhanger.  But I hope that some of the characters, if not the main ones, the secondary characters will be involved in the future books of the series.  I really enjoyed it even though it had me on the edge of my seat at times and had my emotions all over the place.
