The years apart have done them good, however, Roxanne has finished school and is back home, and back in Chase's life. However, she isn't alone. Roxanne is dating the Treasurer of her father's club.
Things start to go wrong as Roxy and Chase's secret feelings grow stronger for one another. Will Chase fight for what has always been his, or will the MC stand in his way?

This book had me from the beginning. I'm a sucker for star-crossed lovers. This is sort of the MC version of Romeo & Juliet. I absolutely loved it.
The sexual tension was through the roof, and not only between the main characters. They get so close and then something stops them. This happened so many times, by the time they actually did come together the sex was exploding out of my e-reader.
And then... I was cringing at one point... It was tearing my heart out... just the thought of what was happening. I'm cringing now. Yes, I'm being vague -- I can't tell you what all thats about, you'll have to read it yourself to find out.
The ending... I don't want to call it a cliffhanger, but it kind of was. I mean, the main story was resolved... but then... it just kind of leaves you like "what?". And you'll be wishing you already had Book 2 in your hands.
